However, there’s always that nagging feeling in the background, which continuously asks you “Is this it?” If that’s the case it seems you are lacking fulfillment in your life. Maybe you want to do work that is more in line with your purpose. Or maybe you have always dreamt about being an entrepreneur. Or maybe you feel out of balance because you would like to spend more time on the most important person in this world, namely YOURSELF?  Well, in this training we teach how to create more balance and purpose in your life!

Or maybe you feel out of balance because you would like to spend more time on the most important person in this world, namely YOURSELF?  Well, in this training we teach how to create more balance and purpose in your life!

Living according your purpose

During this 6-day-training we will start at your essence: Who are you? What values are important to you? What is your life purpose? And what is holding you back to live that life? By means of group sessions (groups are 4 to 8 people), comfort-zone challenges, 1-on-1 coaching and reflection during outdoor activities you will discover what a more fulfilled life looks like for you. This step is fundamental in order for you to know to which things in life you want to say YES (although it might be scary to do so) and to which possibilities a clear NO. Less is more….

The world around us is changing quicker and quicker. Technological growth has become exponential and therefore the truth of today will be different tomorrow. This gives us many possibilities and at the same time many challenges. This higher degree of uncertainty makes personal leadership more important than ever, not only in your work, but in you whole life.

In this training we will clarify your purpose in life and the values you represent. This roadmap is necessary in order for you to say YES to what brings you energy and to say NO to what drains energy.

We will pay attention to the important areas in your life. How do you want to relate to: your health, your career, your finances, your relationships and your (free) time?

Next to that you will experience what our version of a life of purpose and balance looks like. Be inspired to see what the combination of proper physical health and mental health together with a clear purpose (based on your values) does to the quality of your life!

You will experience the effects healthy food, outdoor activities, morning rituals, breath work as elements that will support both your physical and mental health.

This will enable you to obtain deeper insights as well during the reflection exercises. Next to that change and personal growth only happens through experience and therefore we will challenge you as well to step outside of your comfort zone as well. Because that’s where change occurs.

Where?

Tenerife! “The island of eternal spring”! We live in Abades, a small village next to the beach with multiple (coffee) bars and restaurants. It’s a great place to relax and to reflect. Accommodation (private rooms) is arranged in the village and the training venues will be both in Abades as well as other places on the island. We will take care of all the necessary transportation, meals and other things you can think of. This in order for you to focus 100% on developing your personal leadership and having a good time!

Additional information

  • The first day is arrival day. The program starts at 7:00pm with a welcome dinner. The official program ends Friday with a farewell dinner. We will arrange your transport to the airport on Saturday.

 

  • Full training week. This includes everything (accommodation, local transport, 3 meals a day). Your airfare and additional drinks or food you would like to consume in the bars (drinks are on average 1 – 2 euro) are not included.
